Miteri Development Bank Declares 11 Percent Dividend: 5 Percent Bonus and 6 Percent Cash
Miteri Development Bank has announced a total dividend of 11 percent for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 6 percent cash dividend (including tax). The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank has announced a dividend for fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank's board of directors meeting decided to distribute a total dividend of 11 percent from the profit and accumulated profit of the said fiscal year on the current paid-up capital of 1 arba 21 crore 71 lakh rupees.
The proposed dividend structure is as follows:
- 5 percent bonus share
- 6 percent cash dividend (including tax)
The bank stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
