The company made this information public following the directive issued by the Securities Board through letter number Dhi.Va.Si.Dhi.Vya.Ni. 2083/84, Chalani No. 499, dated 2083/05/09.
This notice regarding the share sale has been issued by the company to inform about the submission of the shareholder's intention. The sale process of these shares is expected to move forward within the next three months.
