Mid Solu Hydropower Announces 15.789 Percent Dividend
Mid Solu Hydropower has announced a total dividend of 15.789 percent for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes a 15 percent bonus share and a 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu. Mid Solu Hydropower has announced a dividend for the last fiscal year 2082/83.
The company's board of directors, in a meeting held on Monday, decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.789 percent to shareholders from the net profit of that fiscal year, based on the current paid-up capital of 86 crore 6 lakh 60 thousand rupees.
The declared dividend includes the following:
- 15 percent bonus share, amounting to 12 crore 90 lakh 99 thousand rupees.
- 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes, amounting to 67 lakh 94 thousand 684 rupees.
The company stated that this dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
