Mid Solu Hydropower Announces 15% Bonus and 0.789% Cash Dividend
Mid Solu Hydropower has announced a 15 percent bonus share and 0.789 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from last year's profit. The proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Mid Solu Hydropower has announced an attractive dividend for its shareholders. The company's board of directors meeting held on Ashwin 5 decided to distribute a 15 percent bonus share and 0.789 percent cash dividend (including tax) from last year's profit.
The company's paid-up capital stands at Rs 86 crore 6 lakh 60 thousand. A proposal has been made to distribute bonus shares equivalent to 15 percent of this capital, amounting to Rs 12 crore 90 lakh 99 thousand. Similarly, a 0.789 percent cash dividend has been proposed for tax purposes, resulting in a cash dividend distribution of Rs 67 lakh 94 thousand 684.
The company has informed that the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the company's upcoming annual general meeting.
