Manjushree Finance Announces 20% Dividend: How Much Bonus and Cash?
Manjushree Finance Limited has announced a total dividend of 20 percent to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the last fiscal year. This includes a 5 percent bonus share and a 15 percent cash dividend (including tax).
Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance Limited has announced a dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on Ashwin 22 decided to distribute a 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the last fiscal year.
The same meeting of the company decided to distribute the dividend based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 1 arba 35 crore 15 lakh 52 thousand 848.80 from the distributable profit as per the audited financial statements of the last fiscal year.
The announced dividend includes the following:
- 5 percent bonus share
- 15 percent cash dividend (including tax)
Together, these amount to a total 20 percent dividend. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Nepal Securities Board and endorsement by the upcoming general meeting.
