Machhapuchchhre Bank Calls 28th Annual General Meeting, Proposes 3% Bonus and 3% Cash Dividend
Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has called its 28th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 28. The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute 3% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend (including tax) to shareholders. Additionally, proposals for distributing NPR 74.5 million to preference shareholders and electing 4 directors will also be presented.
Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited has called its 28th Annual General Meeting. The decision to hold the meeting on Ashwin 28 was made by the bank's Board of Directors in a meeting held on Ashwin 2.
The meeting will approve a proposal to distribute 3% bonus shares and 3% cash dividend (including tax) to shareholders.
Similarly, a proposal regarding the distribution of NPR 74.5 million to preference shareholders on a proportional basis will also be presented for approval at the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting will also elect a total of 4 directors, including 3 from the promoter shareholder group and 1 from the general public shareholder group.
