Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092 Listed on NEPSE, Trading Begins Ashwin 8
Laxmi Sunrise Bank's 7 percent debenture 2092, comprising 3 million units, has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The debenture will begin trading in the secondary market from Ashwin 8.
Kathmandu — Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited's 7 percent Laxmi Sunrise Debenture 2092 has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE).
A listing agreement was signed between NEPSE and Laxmi Sunrise Bank for a total of 3,000,000 units of debentures with a 10-year tenure and 7 percent interest rate, each with a face value and paid-up value of Rs. 1,000.
The company had invited public subscription through Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited. The listing was carried out as per the decision of Ashwin 1, in accordance with the Securities Listing Regulations, 2075.
Trading of the debenture in the secondary market will begin from Ashwin 8.
