Last Day Today to Secure Dividend of Vision Lumbini Energy
Today (Kartik 13) is the last day to secure the dividend of Vision Lumbini Energy Company Limited. The company will book close for one day on Kartik 16, and has called its eighth annual general meeting on Mangsir 3, which will approve a 3.6842 percent cash dividend (including tax).
Vision Lumbini Energy Company Limited has today (Kartik 13), Friday, as the last day to secure its dividend. For the purpose of the annual general meeting and dividend distribution, the company will book close for one day on the upcoming Monday, i.e., Kartik 16.
Accordingly, shareholders who have traded on NEPSE up to today will be able to participate in the company's annual general meeting and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
The company has called its eighth annual general meeting on Mangsir 3, Thursday, at Diyalo Foodland Kalikanagar Pvt. Ltd., Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City, Rupandehi. The meeting will start at 9 AM.
The meeting will pass a proposal to distribute a 3.6842 percent cash dividend (including tax) on the current paid-up capital. Likewise, the meeting will also pass proposals including appointing an auditor and approving the financial statements of the last fiscal year.
