The fund had issued a total of 10 crore units with a face value of Rs 10 per unit. Accordingly, the fund had offered units worth Rs 1 arba to the general public and related parties.
Of the total issue, a minimum of 15 percent, or 1 crore 50 lakh units, has been reserved. Among the reserved units, 13 percent, or 1 crore 30 lakh units, is allotted to the fund promoter Muktinath Development Bank, and 2 percent, or 20 lakh units, to the scheme manager Muktinath Capital. The remaining minimum of 8 crore 50 lakh units has been issued to the general public.
Previously, applications for the units were allowed from Ashwin 1 to Ashwin 6. However, as applications were not received as per demand, the sale period was extended to Ashwin 15. Since the offering was oversubscribed in the recent period, the sale is being closed before the designated time.
For purchasing units, applications can be made for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1 crore units. Applications can be submitted through the C-ASBA system via branch offices of banks and financial institutions participating in ASBA services authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal and through CDS and Clearing Limited's 'Mero Share'.
The fund promoter of Muktinath Mutual Fund 2 is Muktinath Development Bank, and the scheme manager and issue and sales manager is Muktinath Capital Limited.
