Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Announces 18.9474% Dividend
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower has announced a total dividend of 18.9474% for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes an 18% bonus share and a 0.9474% cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting.
Kathmandu. Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower has announced a dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The company's board of directors meeting decided to distribute a total dividend of 18.9474% to shareholders from the net profit of that fiscal year, based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 14,74,59,675.
The declared dividend includes:
- 18% bonus share
- 0.9474% cash dividend (for tax purposes)
The company stated that this dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting.
