Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Announces 18 Percent Bonus Shares
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited, which operates a hydropower project in Dolakha, has announced an 18 percent bonus share distribution from the profit earned in fiscal year 2082/83. An additional 0.9474 percent cash dividend has also been set aside for tax payment on the bonus shares, bringing the total dividend for shareholders to 18.9474 percent.
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited, which operates a hydropower project in Dolakha, has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profit earned in fiscal year 2082/83. The company has announced the distribution of 18 percent bonus shares on its current paid-up capital.
For the payment of tax on the bonus shares, the company has also allocated an additional 0.9474 percent cash dividend. Thus, the total dividend that shareholders will receive amounts to 18.9474 percent.
Board of Directors' Decision
The meeting of the company's Board of Directors held on Ashoj 21 passed the proposal to distribute dividends at the aforementioned rate.
