Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Announces 18% Bonus Shares and 0.9474% Cash Dividend
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has announced an 18% bonus share and 0.9474% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of the last fiscal year. This decision will be implemented after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has announced dividends for its shareholders. The board of directors meeting held on Wednesday, Ashoj 21 decided to distribute dividends from the net profit of the last fiscal year.
The meeting decided to distribute an 18% bonus share and a 0.9474% cash dividend on the current paid-up capital of 14 crore 74 lakh 59 thousand 675 rupees.
Accordingly, shareholders will receive the following dividends:
- Bonus shares worth 2 crore 65 lakh 42 thousand 742 rupees
- Cash dividend worth 13 lakh 96 thousand 986.42 rupees
The decision will be implemented after approval from the regulatory body, the Electricity Regulatory Commission, and endorsement by the company's upcoming annual general meeting, after which it will be distributed to the concerned shareholders.
