Kumari Bank Limited has offered 1 lakh founder shares for sale to the general public. The shares, previously offered to founder shareholders, were opened to the general public after the founders did not apply.
Since existing founder shareholders have the first right to purchase founder shares, a notice was initially published for them. However, as no applications were received from existing founder shareholders, the bank has stated that a notice has been issued for the general public outside the founder group to purchase the shares.
Interested individuals or institutions must apply within 15 days. Applications must be submitted to the bank's share registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu–1, Naxal, Nagpokhari, or to Kumari Bank Limited's head office, Kathmandu–2, Tangal.
The sale price of the shares will be as determined by the seller.
