The bank's board of directors meeting held on Bhadra 30 proposed the cash dividend (including tax) based on the paid-up capital.
The bank's current paid-up capital stands at approximately Rs. 26 arba 22 crore. Based on this paid-up capital, the total proposed cash dividend amounts to approximately Rs. 55 crore 20 lakh.
