Kumari Bank Calls 26th AGM on Ashwin 28 to Pass Dividend, When Is Book Closure?
Kumari Bank has convened its 26th Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 28 to approve cash dividend for the last fiscal year 2082/83. The book will close on Ashwin 19 for dividend and AGM purposes.
Kathmandu — Kumari Bank has convened its 26th Annual General Meeting. The bank's board of directors meeting decided to hold the meeting on Ashwin 28.
The meeting will begin at 11 AM at Silver Oak Banquet and Events, located on Durbar Marg in Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve the proposal to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 552.123 million (Rs 55,21,23,396.63) to shareholders from the distributable amount for the last fiscal year 2082/83, which is 2.1053 percent of the current paid-up capital.
Key agendas of the meeting:
- Approve the annual and auditor's report for the last fiscal year
- Pass the consolidated financial statements including the financial statements of the bank's subsidiary companies Kumari Capital and KBL Securities for the last fiscal year
- Approve the proposal regarding appointment of auditor and determination of their remuneration for the current fiscal year 2083/84
For dividend and AGM purposes, the bank has decided to close the book on Ashwin 19. This means only shareholders holding shares before Ashwin 19 will be eligible to receive this bank's dividend and participate in the meeting.
