The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the share price of Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The price adjustment and new price determination were made after the microfinance company set its book closure for the purposes of its annual general meeting and dividend distribution.
NEPSE adjusted the microfinance's share price based on a 9.5 percent bonus share. Following the adjustment, the microfinance's share price stands at Rs 1,497.72. NEPSE adjusted the share price based on the closing price of the previous trading day, Tuesday.
On Tuesday, the microfinance's share was last traded in the secondary market at Rs 1,640 per share. The microfinance's shares will open for trading in the secondary market today based on this adjusted price.
