Gurans Laghubitta Announces 10 Percent Dividend
Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a total 10 percent dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes a 9.5 percent bonus share and a 0.5 percent cash dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu — Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a total 10 percent dividend for its shareholders for fiscal year 2082/83.
The board of directors' meeting held this morning approved the dividend based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 13,23,58,053.75, drawn from the accumulated profits of the said fiscal year.
The proposed dividend structure is as follows:
- 9.5 percent bonus share: equivalent to Rs 1,25,74,015.11
- 0.5 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes): equivalent to Rs 6,61,790.27
According to the institution, the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
