Green in the share market: NEPSE index up 25 points, turnover above 4.5 billion

On Monday, the first day of share trading of the week, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index rose by a high number of points. The market, which had increased by about 14.5 points last week, climbed by 25 points on the very first day of this week.
When trading closed today, the NEPSE index rose by 25.55 points to reach 2585.04 points. With this, the market increased by about 1 percent. On Monday, the share prices of 226 companies increased in the share market.
Similarly, on the day when the share prices of 47 companies fell, the share prices of two companies remained stable. The turnover amount exceeded 4.5 billion rupees, indicating increased investor activity.
