As per the decision of the company's Board of Directors, the meeting will pass important agendas including the proposal to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The meeting will present the following proposals:
- Discussion and approval of the Board of Directors' report for fiscal year 2082/83, financial statements including the auditor's report, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement.
- Appointment of an auditor for fiscal year 2083/84 and determination of their remuneration.
- Approval of the proposal to issue an IPO.
