Gold price rises for second consecutive day, reaching Rs 305,200 per tola
In the Nepali market on Sunday, the price of gold increased by Rs 2,100 per tola to reach Rs 305,200. This is the second consecutive day of increase. Silver prices also rose by Rs 20 per tola to reach Rs 4,795.
Kathmandu. On Sunday, the first trading day of the week in the Nepali market, the prices of both gold and silver increased. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, today the price of one tola of gold has been set at Rs 305,200. This is an increase of Rs 2,100 per tola compared to the previous trading day.
On the previous trading day, Friday, the price of gold had increased by Rs 3,600 to trade at Rs 303,100 per tola. Before that, on Thursday, gold was bought and sold at Rs 299,500 per tola. Thus, the price of gold has been rising for the second consecutive day.
Similarly, the price of silver also increased on Sunday. According to the association, silver is being traded at Rs 4,795 per tola on Sunday.
Silver, which had increased by Rs 150 per tola to Rs 4,775 on Friday, rose by Rs 20 per tola on this day. On Thursday, silver was traded at Rs 4,625 per tola.
