Gold price plunges by Rs 5,000 per tola, settles at Rs 294,300 per tola
On Monday, the second trading day of the week, the price of gold fell by Rs 5,000 per tola to Rs 294,300 per tola. Similarly, the price of silver also dropped by Rs 145 to Rs 4,510 per tola.
Kathmandu. On Monday, the second trading day of the week, the price of gold saw a significant decline. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, compared to the previous trading day, the price of hallmark gold fell by Rs 5,000 per tola today.
Hallmark gold, which was trading at Rs 299,300 per tola on the previous trading day, fell by Rs 5,000 today and is now trading at Rs 294,300 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver also dropped by Rs 145 to settle at Rs 4,510 per tola.
According to the Federation, the current price of hallmark gold per 10 grams stands at Rs 252,315, and the price of silver per 10 grams is Rs 3,866.5.
