Global IME Laghubitta Announces 9.5% Dividend: 6% Bonus and 3.5% Cash
Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared a total dividend of 9.5% for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes a 6% bonus share and a 3.5% cash dividend. The proposed dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu. Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a total dividend of 9.5% for fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting of the institution's board of directors held on Monday decided to distribute a total dividend of 9.5% from the accumulated profits of that fiscal year on the current paid-up capital of Rs 648,297,797.22.
The proposed dividend includes the following:
- 6% bonus shares — equivalent to Rs 38,897,867.83
- 3.5% cash dividend (including dividend tax) — equivalent to Rs 22,690,422.90
The institution stated that the proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
