Global IME Laghubitta Announces 9.5% Dividend: 6% Bonus and 3.5% Cash

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a total dividend of 9.5% to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2082/83.

The board of directors meeting held on Monday decided to distribute the dividend from the accumulated profit of the said fiscal year, based on the current paid-up capital of Rs 64 crore 82 lakh 97 thousand 797.22.

The declared dividend includes the following:

6% bonus share — equivalent to Rs 3 crore 88 lakh 97 thousand 867.83
3.5% cash dividend (including dividend tax) — equivalent to Rs 2 crore 26 lakh 90 thousand 422.90

This dividend announcement will be distributed only after approval by the shareholders and the Nepal Securities Board.
