Kathmandu — A person who won a lottery under the government's 'Taxpayer Incentive Gift Program' will not receive the prize money. The individual, who donated Rs 1,000 to the 'Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund,' won the lottery but will not get the amount they were supposed to receive as a gift.
Based on transaction bills and online payments from Bhadra 1 to 15, a person with coupon number 014618477620 won a lottery of Rs 133,334.
However, an official from the Inland Revenue Department has stated that the individual will not receive the lottery amount, as the money was transferred to the Prime Minister's Disaster Relief Fund.
