First Microfinance Announces 11.0526 Percent Cash Dividend
First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced an 11.0526 percent cash dividend for fiscal year 2082/83. The institution has decided not to distribute bonus shares. The dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
Kathmandu. First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a cash dividend for fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting of the institution's board of directors held on Tuesday decided to distribute a cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 148.643 million, which amounts to 11.0526 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.344 billion 487 thousand 123, from the distributable profit of that fiscal year.
The institution has decided not to distribute bonus shares. The company stated that this dividend will be distributed to shareholders after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting.
