Kathmandu. The share price of Everest Bank Limited has been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). NEPSE adjusted the share price after the bank set a book closure for its annual general meeting and dividend distribution purposes.
NEPSE adjusted the bank's share price after a 5 percent bonus share. Following the adjustment, the bank's share price stands at Rs 692.86. NEPSE adjusted the bank's share price based on the previous trading day's closing price of Rs 727.50.
Based on this adjusted price, the bank's shares will open for trading in the secondary market today.
The bank has called its 32nd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 14, Wednesday, at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10 AM.
