Commercial Banks Announce Interest Rates for Asoj, Two Banks Reduce Rates
Commercial banks have published their interest rates effective for the month of Asoj. Standard Chartered and Kumari Bank have reduced their maximum personal fixed deposit rates, while other banks have kept them unchanged from Bhadra.
Kathmandu. Commercial banks have published the interest rates effective for the month of Asoj today. The banks made the rates public by issuing notices.
Among the commercial banks, two banks have reduced the maximum interest rate on personal fixed deposits, while the rest have kept them unchanged.
The banks that reduced the maximum personal fixed deposit rate for Asoj are Standard Chartered Bank and Kumari Bank. Standard Chartered reduced it to 3.75 percent and Kumari to 3.43 percent. In Bhadra, Standard Chartered offered 3.80 percent and Kumari 3.46 percent.
