Citizens Bank's promoter shares up for sale, promoter shareholders must apply within 35 days

As per Nepal Rastra Bank's unified directives, first priority will be given to existing promoter shareholders, who must apply within 35 days of the notice's publication.
Citizens Bank International has put promoter shares up for sale. The bank has offered 60,000 shares held in the name of promoter group shareholder Chandra Investment Pvt. Ltd.
According to Nepal Rastra Bank's unified directives, when buying and selling promoter group shares, first priority must be given to the institution's own promoters. Accordingly, the bank has stated that the shares are currently being offered only to existing promoter shareholders.
Promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the shares must apply within 35 days of the notice's publication.
If no applications are received from promoter shareholders within that period, the bank has stated that the process to sell the shares to general investors will be initiated.
