Citizens Bank's promoter shares open to the general public, applications accepted within 35 days
Citizens Bank International Limited has offered 9,923.36 units of promoter shares held in the name of promoter shareholder Pradip Chandra Pokharel for sale. After no applications were received from promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares have now been opened to general public investors. Interested eligible individuals or institutions must apply at the bank's central office within 35 days.

Since the rules require that promoter group shares be first offered to the bank's own promoters when buying or selling, the shares were initially offered to the bank's existing promoter shareholders. However, as no applications were received from promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares have now been opened to general public investors, according to the bank.
Interested eligible individuals or institutions wishing to purchase the shares must now submit an application at the bank's central office at Narayanhiti Path within 35 days.
