Citizens Bank International Donates Reverse Osmosis System to Seti Provincial Hospital's Dialysis Unit
Citizens Bank International has handed over a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to the dialysis unit of Seti Provincial Hospital in Dhangadhi under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The support aims to strengthen safe and high-quality dialysis services for around 242 regular kidney patients in Sudurpashchim Province.
Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Citizens Bank International has donated a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system to the dialysis unit of Seti Provincial Hospital, located in Dhangadhi-1, Kailali. The system was officially handed over to the hospital management by the bank's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ganesh Raj Pokharel, during a special ceremony held at the hospital premises.
To ensure sustainable and safe treatment for kidney patients across Sudurpashchim Province, the bank identified the hospital's most pressing need through consultations with management before extending this support. Currently, Seti Provincial Hospital serves approximately 242 regular patients across three shifts operating 21 dialysis machines.
Addressing the ceremony, CEO Pokharel expressed gratification in supporting healthcare infrastructure that directly benefits low-income and underprivileged kidney patients. The bank reiterated its commitment to continuing community-focused programs under its CSR agenda across healthcare, education, and socio-economic sectors in the coming days.
