Citizens Bank Completes Strategic Seminar in Sudurpashchim Province
Citizens Bank International Limited organized a strategic seminar with the participation of provincial heads, branch managers, and employees from Sudurpashchim Province. The seminar discussed the review of the previous fiscal year and the budget and strategic plans for the current fiscal year. The bank stated that similar programs will be held in other provinces in the coming days.
Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited organized a program titled 'Seminar on Untapped Potential, Unified Action: Budget Achievement and Strategic Growth Review – Sudurpashchim Province (83/84)' among its provincial heads, branch managers, and other employees in Sudurpashchim Province.
The seminar was completed in the presence of the bank's Chief Executive Officer Ganesh Raj Pokharel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and other senior executives.
According to the bank, the program held deep discussions on reviewing the work progress of the previous fiscal year and discussing the budget, strategic work plan, and priorities for the current fiscal year, as well as strengthening collaboration between the center and the province.
Citizens Bank has 10 branch offices operating in 7 districts of Sudurpashchim Province. The bank stated that it has already completed programs in Bagmati Province titled 'Leading from the Front: Strategic Growth Imperatives for Bagmati Province', in Koshi Province titled 'Accelerating Commercial Momentum: Business Expansion and Asset Quality Enhancement in Koshi Province', and in Madhesh Province titled 'Driving High-Volume Growth, Quality Credit, and Market Leadership 83/84'.
According to the bank, as a continuation of that, this type of seminar was held in Sudurpashchim Province. Similar programs will be organized gradually in other provinces as well.
In the last fiscal year 2082/2083, the bank's loan disbursement increased by 1.24 percent to Rs 177.33 billion. Similarly, deposit collection also increased by 9.22 percent to Rs 233.81 billion. The bank's net profit increased by 63.05 percent to Rs 2.09 billion 86 million.
