Bhotekoshi Flood: Authority Provides Immediate Rs 50,000 Relief to Families of Missing Employees
The Nepal Electricity Authority has decided to provide immediate Rs 50,000 relief to the families of employees and workers missing in the Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa. As many as 47 employees and workers under the Authority alone are missing.
Kathmandu. The Nepal Electricity Authority has decided to provide immediate Rs 50,000 relief to the families of employees and workers missing in the Bhotekoshi flood in Rasuwa.
A meeting of the Authority's Board of Directors chaired by Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Biraj Bhakta Shrestha on Wednesday decided to provide relief to the close heirs of the missing employees and workers.
As many as 47 employees and workers under the Authority alone are missing. The meeting also decided to provide families of permanent employees with 50 percent of the starting salary of the missing employee's level for a maximum of six months from Bhadra for their sustenance.
