Beni Hydropower's Shares Listed on NEPSE, Trading Opens Wednesday
Beni Hydropower Project Limited (BENH) has listed 10.4 million ordinary shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company's shares will begin trading on the secondary market on Wednesday, Ashoj 28, with an opening range set at Rs 91.27 to Rs 273.81 per share.
Kathmandu. Beni Hydropower Project Limited (BENH) has listed a total of 10.4 million ordinary shares on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). An agreement regarding the share listing was signed between the company and NEPSE today (Ashoj 27).
According to NEPSE, a total of 10.4 million shares with a face value and paid-up value of Rs 100 per share have been listed. This includes:
- 2.08 million shares distributed to the general public
- 8.32 million shares held by founding shareholders
The company's shares will begin trading on the secondary market from Wednesday (Ashoj 28). NEPSE has set an opening range of Rs 91.27 to Rs 273.81 per share for the first trading session.
The company's shares will trade on NEPSE under the ticker symbol BENH. With this, shareholders of Beni Hydropower will be able to trade their shares on the secondary market.
