ABP Energy Taps Siddhartha Capital to Manage IPO for 8 MW Hydropower Project
ABP Energy Limited has appointed Siddhartha Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager for its upcoming initial public offering. The IPO will support the company's 8 MW Tadi Ghyangphedi Hydropower Project in Nuwakot, which carries an estimated cost of Rs 1.64 billion.
ABP Energy Limited has signed an agreement with Siddhartha Capital Limited to manage its proposed initial public offering (IPO).
The agreement was signed by Purna Lal Shrestha, Chairman of ABP Energy, and Sandeep Karki, CEO of Siddhartha Capital, on behalf of their respective companies.
Under the arrangement, Siddhartha Capital will serve as the issue and sales manager for the IPO, subject to regulatory approvals.
ABP Energy is developing the 8 MW Tadi Ghyangphedi Hydropower Project in Dupcheshwor Rural Municipality-1, Nuwakot. The run-of-river project has a total estimated cost of Rs 1.64 billion, with Siddhartha Bank providing Rs 1.23 billion in loans.
