Nabil Bank has decided to distribute a total of 15.80 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of fiscal year 2082/83. The bank has proposed to distribute 15.80 percent dividend, comprising 5 percent bonus shares and 10.80 percent cash dividend. The total amount for the proposed bonus shares is Rs 1 arba 35 crore 28 lakh 49 thousand 836.46, and for cash dividend, it is Rs 2 arba 92 crore 21 lakh 55 thousand 646.76. The amount includes taxes applicable to bonus shares and cash dividend. The bank has already closed its books. The bank has decided to hold its 42nd Annual General Meeting on Ashwin 22. Everest Bank has decided to distribute a total of 15 percent dividend on its current paid-up capital of Rs 13 arba 72 crore 13 lakh 75 thousand 924 for fiscal year 2082/83.
