685,000+ shares of Hathway Investment to be sold

Kathmandu. Hathway Investment Nepal is set to sell 685,747 units of promoter shares.

There is a provision that promoter shareholders must notify the company 15 days in advance before selling 5 percent or more of their holdings. Accordingly, the promoter shareholder applied to the company on Ashoj 2 expressing their intention to sell shares.

The company will now offer the shares for sale within three months.
