579 Climbers Across 55 Teams Granted Permits for Autumn Season, Royalty Collections Exceed NPR 235 Million

According to the Department of Tourism, royalty collections from these permits reached USD 1,546,943 (approximately NPR 235.18 million). Among the permit holders, 432 are male and 147 are female.

According to the Department of Tourism, permit issuance has generated USD 1,546,943 or NPR 235,183,232 in revenue royalties. The total roster of permitted climbers comprises 432 male and 147 female mountaineers.
Mt. Manaslu emerged as the primary attraction this season, accounting for the vast majority of royalty collections. A total of 493 climbers across 41 teams (366 male and 127 female) were granted approval for Manaslu, generating USD 1,479,000 (NPR 224,814,189) in royalties from this peak alone.

- Mt. Makalu: 3 climbers across 1 team (Royalty: USD 4,500)
