These companies have announced dividends to be distributed to their shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The proposed dividends will be distributed to investors only after approval by the upcoming annual general meetings of the companies.
The hydropower companies that have announced dividends so far include United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower, Bikash Hydropower, Sapsu Kalika Hydropower, Mandu Hydropower, Ashutosh Energy, Kabeli Hydropower, Hilton Hydro Energy, Super Madi Hydropower, Snow Rivers, and Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company.
Among the 10 companies that have announced dividends, Sapsu Kalika Hydropower, Ashutosh Energy, Kabeli Hydropower, and Hilton Hydro Energy are not listed on NEPSE.

Dividends Announced by Companies Listed on NEPSE
United Idi Mardi and RB Hydropower has decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632 percent of its current paid-up capital for fiscal year 2082/83 from the accumulated profits of the last fiscal year. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The company has not closed its books.
Bikash Hydropower Company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 percent on its current paid-up capital of NPR 90 crore 91 lakh 1 thousand 300 for fiscal year 2082/83. This includes bonus shares equivalent to NPR 9 crore 9 lakh 10 thousand 130 at 10 percent and cash dividend equivalent to NPR 47 lakh 84 thousand 600.14 at 0.5263 percent for tax purposes. The company has not closed its books.
Mandu Hydropower has decided to distribute a 12 percent cash dividend (including tax) amounting to NPR 16 crore 36 lakh 36 thousand 440 on its current paid-up capital of NPR 1 arba 36 crore 36 lakh 37 thousand from the profit of the last fiscal year.
